But trust me these two go together perfectly. Tangy, salty feta and sweet watermelon make the best combination! If you haven't tried it yet you MUST give it a try!

I loaded this Watermelon Feta Salad up with tons of fresh fruits and basil. I used mix greens as the base for the salad. Arugula or spinach would also be great in this.
This salad makes an awesome lunch or light dinner. Serve with grilled chicken for some added protein.
As for the dressing. I choose my simple 3 Ingredient Balsamic Vinaigrette. Made with Balsamic Vinegar + Oil + Brown Sugar. That's it. It's simple, tart and slightly sweet. I like to store the extra in the fridge to use throughout the week. Just give it a good mix before serving.
